Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated by weight per continent through our local postal service. Shipping rates last updated 1st May 2025

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Buyer must return item(s) within 14 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted until order has been shipped. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.

 

*Disclaimer 

Please be cautious ordering if you are allergic to cats or dogs. We work out of our bedroom and our 6 cats love to "help" us with inventory and packaging orders. My parents' dogs are not allowed in the room but there is still the possibility of dog hair.
